The final amount will be decided at a later stage, depending on the other sources of financing of the conference. We expect this in the order of 500-1000 USD for podium presentations and half of this for poster presentations.
Procedure-wise, we ask all attendees to the conference to register to the conference, and arrange your trip and stay in the Netherlands. After the conference we will transfer the money from the reimbursment to you.

Over 300 papers were received in the first round, and 100 papers have been submitted into the second review round. The organisation is currently working on the reviews for hese papers. Here, we like to thank everyone who contributed to the review process. We expect to inform the authors of the papers mid November on the results.

The best 35 papers will be presented at the ISTTT conference in an oral, plenary presentation and will be included in the Elsevier published book of proceedings. Other papers which meet the ISTTT standard, can be presented in a poster session. These papers will be published in a separate book.
